We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive damaged or incorrect cards, contact us within 7 days and we will replace them free of charge. Because our packs are curated mystery products, we cannot accept returns based on card selection.
Every mystery pack contains genuine Pokemon cards hand-sorted from community collections. Each Collector's Mystery Pack includes 10 cards with at least 1 guaranteed rare (holo, V, EX, GX, or better). We never include damaged cards, energy-only packs, or filler. The fun is in the surprise.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. Simply email [email protected] or use the cancellation link in your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you will still receive the pack you already paid for.
